I’m Raluca, founder of Força Feminina Media — a woman-owned boutique creative studio helping female artists, founders, creatives and entrepreneurs transform meaningful ideas into distinctive brands that connect, inspire and grow.
My career began in Bucharest, Romania, at an event-planning agency affiliated with Saatchi & Saatchi. After moving to the United States, I spent more than 20 years representing hundreds of brands as a Brand Ambassador, Trade Show Specialist and Product Specialist — bringing their stories to life at product launches, live campaigns and industry events.
Working face-to-face with audiences taught me something no marketing textbook could: people connect with what feels genuine. They may notice the visuals first, but they remember how a brand makes them feel.
That understanding continues to shape everything I create.
My path has also taken me beyond traditional marketing and into meaningful relationships with artists, entrepreneurs, communities and Indigenous wisdom keepers across North America, South America and Europe. These experiences deepened my appreciation for storytelling, cultural identity, human connection and the responsibility of representing someone’s work with care.
That is why my process begins long before we choose a color palette, font or website layout. I listen closely. I ask thoughtful questions. I look for the deeper thread connecting who you are, what you offer and why your work matters. Then I translate that essence into a brand that feels aligned with you — and clear and compelling to the people you want to reach.
Força Feminina means feminine force. The studio was born from the belief that women’s creativity, wisdom and vision deserve to be seen, valued and supported.
At its heart, Força Feminina Media exists to help women step into greater visibility without losing themselves in the process. Together, we create brands and digital experiences that reflect who you truly are, communicate the value of your work and invite the right people into your world.

Força Feminina Media was shaped not only by years of experience in marketing and communications, but also by meaningful relationships with Indigenous wisdom keepers and communities across the Americas.
I am especially committed to supporting the Yawanawá and Shanenawa peoples of the Brazilian Amazon, whose cultures, traditions and ways of relating to community, nature and spirit have deeply influenced my personal path.
Whenever possible, this space will help direct awareness and financial support toward Indigenous-led initiatives, cultural preservation and community needs.
